Description
The Whisky Agency bottles single casks from Germany, each under distinctive artwork. The cask was filled in 1988 and bottled in 2013, a 24 year old Littlemill. As the last casks are bottled, Littlemill grows scarcer with every release.
A bourbon barrel and twenty-four years settle Littlemill's buttery Lowland fruit.
Bottled at cask strength, 50.3%, the bourbon wood lends vanilla and a clean oak edge. Expect grassy freshness, honey and a creamy vanilla sweetness. The oak's vanillin and wood sugars lend vanilla and light toffee, the spirit's own esters bringing the fruit.
