Gordon & Company is a long-standing Scotch bottling name. Distilled in 1991, this 23 year old Littlemill, from cask 116 was bottled in 2014, from The Pearls of Scotland range. No spirit has flowed at Bowling since 1992, leaving only the casks already filled.
Time in ex-Bourbon, twenty-three years of it, frames Littlemill's light, vanilla-laced make.
Bottled undiluted at 53.7%, the ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and a creamy oak. The profile runs to a mineral edge. The American oak's low tannin let Littlemill's delicacy survive the years, contributing vanilla and a creamy lactone note.
