John McCrae & Co. is an independent bottler. Distilled in 1992, this 21 year old Littlemill was bottled in 2014. Littlemill can never be made again, so each cask emptied is one fewer forever.

Aged twenty-one years in ex-Bourbon, the oak lifts Littlemill's gentle, grassy make.

Bottled undiluted at 54.8%, vanilla and pale oak from the ex-Bourbon. It carries a cooked-vegetable note. Furfural from the toasted oak lends a faint almond note, lignin the vanilla, the low tannins a soft frame.
