Scott's Selection is a respected independent known for unfiltered single casks. This bottling is a 20 year old Littlemill, from cask 486, laid down in 1992 and drawn off in 2012. These are the last of Littlemill, a closed distillery's stock dwindling toward nothing.
An ex-Bourbon cask and twenty years shape the fragrant Lowland character.
At its natural 55.6%, light vanilla and coconut from the American oak. Soft orchard fruit, honey and vanilla lead, in the gentle Littlemill style. Slow extraction from low-tannin American oak gives vanilla and a creamy sweetness without ever overpowering the make.
