Description
North Star Spirits, a contemporary Glasgow independent, releases individual casks. A 9 year old Linkwood, this was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2025.
Matured in Oloroso, nine years wrap the delicate Elgin spirit in the cask's character.
At 52.9%, undiluted, sultana, walnut and spice come from the Oloroso. A fragrant, orchard-fruit character, silky and clean.
