Description
Claxton's is a Yorkshire-based independent bottling single casks at natural strength. This 8 year old Linkwood, from cask C24108, came off the stills in 2015 and was bottled in 2024, part of the Warehouse No. 8 series.
An Oloroso cask and eight years enrich the delicate Elgin spirit.
At its natural 55.2%, the Oloroso works in fig, date and a dry nuttiness. Apple blossom, hay and gentle honey on the close.
