Signatory Vintage is known for its dated single casks, an Edinburgh independent since 1988. This 7 year old Linkwood, from cask 301128+301140+301164, was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2020, in The Un-Chillfiltered Collection range.
Matured in ex-Bourbon, seven years carry Linkwood's fruity, slow-distilled make.
At 40%, light vanilla and coconut from the American oak. The profile is light and floral, green apple over vanilla.
