Morrison & MacKay, a Perthshire independent, bottles individual casks. Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2019, this is a 7 year old Linkwood, from the Càrn Mòr range.

Seven years in ex-Bourbon lend a light oak frame to Linkwood's fresh, grassy fruitiness.

Bottled at cask strength, 47.5%, vanilla rises from the ex-Bourbon over the orchard fruit. Floral, grassy and softly honeyed to the close.
