Description
Signatory Vintage grew from a 1988 Edinburgh start into a prolific bottler of single casks. This 30 year old Linkwood, from cask 20, was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025, from The Awakening Series range.
Matured in Pedro Ximenez, thirty years deepen the clean, floral house style with the cask.
Bottled at cask strength, 51.1%, the PX lends a syrupy raisin sweetness. The profile runs to a fragrant note, chocolate, cooked fruit, a cooked-vegetable note, honey, leather.
