Linkwood 29 Years Old 1987 Cask #MoS 16002 (Malts of Scotland)

Malts of Scotland has built a name on natural-strength single casks. The cask was filled in 1987 and bottled in 2016, a 29 year old Linkwood, from cask MoS 16002, from the Diamonds range.

Twenty-nine years in Oloroso draw the cask's fruit into Linkwood's delicate orchard-fruit spirit.

Bottled undiluted at 49.8%, the sherry cask adds dried fruit and nutmeg. On the palate, a sherried character, dried fruit, chocolate, cooked fruit, leather, new wood.
