Description
Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. This bottling is a 27 year old Linkwood, from cask 9735, laid down in 1990 and drawn off in 2018, from the 30th Anniversary range.
Held in ex-Bourbon for twenty-seven years, the oak settles the delicate Elgin spirit.
At its natural 50.3%, the ex-Bourbon adds vanilla and a honeyed oak note. It carries chocolate.
