Wilson & Morgan, a respected Italian independent, releases its Barrel Selection casks. Distilled in 1997, this 25 year old Linkwood, from cask 4161 + 4162, was bottled in 2022, from the Barrel Selection range.
Matured in Oloroso, twenty-five years wrap Linkwood's softly floral make in the cask's character.
Bottled undiluted at 54.6%, the sherry cask adds dried fruit and nutmeg. Expect an oily texture, a solvent note.
