the Dutch family firm van Wees releases single casks under the Ultimate name. This bottling is a 20 year old Linkwood, from cask 7555, laid down in 1997 and drawn off in 2017, part of The Ultimate series.

A bourbon barrel and twenty years settle Linkwood's light, floral Speyside spirit.

Bottled at 46%, vanilla and a creamy oak note from the ex-Bourbon. A clean, honeyed Speyside, orchard fruit throughout.
