Description
A.D. Rattray traces its name to a firm established in 1868 and today releases single casks four times a year in its Cask Collection. Distilled in 1997, this 17 year old Linkwood, from cask 7179, was bottled in 2015, part of the Individual Cask Bottling series.
Held in Oloroso for seventeen years, the cask works its fruit into the elegant, floral Linkwood make.
At 56.5%, undiluted, soft vanilla and oak come from the ex-Bourbon. It carries vanilla, chocolate, citrus, fresh fruit, honey, new wood.
