The Whisky Cask Company is an independent bottler. A 16 year old Linkwood, this was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023.

A turn in Pedro Ximenez over sixteen years folds the cask through Linkwood's clear-wort delicacy.

At 54.3%, undiluted, vanilla and a gentle oak sweetness from the bourbon cask. Green apple, hay and a soft vanilla sweetness carry it.
