Wilson & Morgan, a respected Italian independent, releases its Barrel Selection casks. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024, this is a 15 year old Linkwood, from cask 548130, in the Barrel Selection range.
Held in Pedro Ximenez for fifteen years, the cask works its fruit into Linkwood's softly floral make.
Bottled undiluted at 53.2%, the Pedro Ximenez brings raisin, date and a treacly sweetness. Pear, apple and cut grass over a honeyed base.
