Description
Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. Distilled in 2009, this 15 year old Linkwood, from cask 2, was bottled in 2025.
A turn in Oloroso over fifteen years folds the cask through the delicate Elgin spirit.
At its natural 56.2%, the Oloroso works in fig, date and a dry nuttiness. Apple blossom, hay and gentle honey on the close.
