Fifteen years in Oloroso layer the cask onto Linkwood's delicate orchard-fruit spirit.

At its natural 56.3%, the Oloroso works in fig, date and a dry nuttiness. It carries a sherried character, dried fruit, a toasted note, vanilla, citrus, cooked fruit.
