North Star Spirits is the Glasgow independent founded by Iain Croucher, a modern single-cask label. Distilled in 2006, this 14 year old Linkwood was bottled in 2021.
Held in ex-Bourbon for fourteen years, the oak settles the clean, floral house style.
At 46.1%, vanilla rises from the ex-Bourbon over the orchard fruit. A fragrant, orchard-fruit character, silky and clean.
