Uncharted Whisky is a modern Scottish independent with a taste for adventurous cask selection. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023, this is a 13 year old Linkwood, from cask UC021, part of the Peaches series.
A Red Wine cask and thirteen years enrich its fragrant, springtime-floral make.
Bottled undiluted at 50%, the wine cask lends berry fruit and a drying edge. On the palate, chocolate, citrus, cooked fruit, fresh fruit, a hay-like note, new wood.
