The Single Cask is a bottler and bar group releasing individual casks, with venues in Edinburgh and beyond. This 13 year old Linkwood, from cask 804066A, came off the stills in 2007 and was bottled in 2020.
Thirteen years in Oloroso draw the cask's fruit into the fragrant, grassy Linkwood character.
At its natural 55.5%, the Oloroso lends raisin, fig and a nutty spice. It carries a nutty note, a sherried character.
