van Wees, the Dutch house behind the Ultimate range, has bottled single casks for decades. A 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 803848, this was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2020, part of The Ultimate series.

An ex-Bourbon cask and twelve years shape the elegant, floral Linkwood make.

At 46%, a vanilla sweetness comes from the bourbon cask. Pear, apple and cut grass over a honeyed base.
