van Wees of the Netherlands bottles single casks in its Ultimate series. Distilled in 2008, this 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 803621, was bottled in 2021, in The Ultimate range.

Held in ex-Bourbon for twelve years, the oak settles the delicate Elgin spirit.

At 46%, the ex-Bourbon adds vanilla and a honeyed oak note. A bright, fragrant Speyside, apple and honey to the last.
