van Wees, a Netherlands independent, is known for its Ultimate single casks. This 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 803615, was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2020, in The Ultimate range.

Ex-Bourbon and twelve years round the delicate Elgin spirit.

At 46%, the bourbon wood lends vanilla and a clean oak edge. Green apple, hay and a soft vanilla sweetness carry it.
