Linkwood 11 Years Old 2012 Cask #106 (Signatory)

Signatory Vintage has released single casks from Edinburgh since 1988, and owns Edradour distillery. This 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 106, was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023, in the Cask Strength Collection range.

Eleven years in Oloroso fold dried fruit through the clean, floral house style.

Bottled undiluted at 57.4%, the Oloroso brings sultana, walnut and warm spice. The profile runs to chocolate, dried fruit, honey, leather, old wood, a sherried character.
