Valinch & Mallet releases single casks for the European market. This bottling is a 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 135, laid down in 2010 and drawn off in 2021, in The Young Masters Edition range.
Eleven years in Oloroso fold dried fruit through the bright, orchard-fruit spirit.
At 52.9%, undiluted, the sherry cask adds dried fruit and nutmeg. Expect a cooked-vegetable note.
