Duncan Taylor has traded and bottled Scotch since 1938, latterly from Aberdeenshire. Filled in 2009 and bottled in 2020, the whisky is a 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 7636905, in the Dimensions range.
Eleven years in ex-Bourbon lend a light oak frame to the silky, fragrant Speyside spirit.
At 53.7%, undiluted, soft vanilla and oak come from the ex-Bourbon. The fruit is bright and the texture silky, classic Linkwood.
