Limoncello DICAPRI Crema al Limoncello is a creamy take on the famous Italian lemon liqueur, made on the island of Capri and joining the fruity freshness of sun ripened lemons to the soft richness of cream. The house traces its limoncello recipe to the early twentieth century and the kitchen of Vincenza Canale on Capri, patented by the Canale family in 1988 and still followed today, with this cream version bottled at 19%.

The nose is fresh and delicate with lemon zest, light vanilla, citrus blossom and a creamy sweetness, the palate soft and smooth with intense lemon freshness, a fine creamy texture and a balanced citrus finish, closing mild, creamy and long with a hint of vanilla. Behind the bar it brings lemon flavour, creamy body and gentle sweetness in one pour, which suits creamy citrus cocktails and dessert serves alongside panna cotta, lemon tart or tiramisu. Serve it well chilled and neat, and treat it as a cream product once opened, keeping it cool and using it reasonably fresh.
