Description
Les Freres de la Cote La Favorite Cuvee 1 is a cane juice rhum from La Favorite, the traditional family distillery near Fort-de-France, selected by the bottler Les Freres de la Cote. It is drawn from the 2022 vintage as a first cuvee in the series.
Distilled from fresh-pressed sugar-cane juice on a creole column and bottled unsweetened at 50%, it is true Martinique agricole. The higher strength keeps the spirit vivid and cane-forward. Agricole of this kind typically shows a grassy, herbaceous core with fresh cane sap and a dry, peppery snap, with any oak influence sitting lightly behind the spirit. A robust, dry rhum that rewards a Ti Punch.
