Description
Le Naturel Tinto comes from Navarra in northern Spain, made by Aroa Bodegas within the Vintae group led by Richi Arambarri. It is built around Garnacha with other red varieties, and the brief is freshness over weight. The wine is farmed naturally and organically and is certified vegan, with no fining agents of animal origin. There is no oak ageing here; the wine is made young and bottled early to keep its fruit bright and its texture light. That approach preserves the primary aromatics and the juicy, low tannin profile that makes Garnacha so drinkable in this style. Navarra's continental climate, with warm days and cool nights, holds acidity and lifts the perfume. In the glass it is a bright, light red, with vibrant aromas of strawberry and cherry over red currant and a subtle floral note. The palate is fresh and easy, soft in tannin with crisp acidity and a clean, fruity finish at fourteen percent. Serve lightly chilled at fourteen to sixteen degrees; it is a versatile partner for lighter dishes and works equally as an aperitif.
