Description

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society has bottled single casks under code numbers since its 1983 founding in Leith. Filled in 2009 and bottled 2018, the whisky is a 8 year old Laphroaig, from cask 29.244. in the Weaving wondrous dreams range.

Eight years in ex-Bourbon frame the heavily peated make.

Bottled undiluted at 62.2%, the bourbon wood adds vanilla and light spice. The profile runs to citrus, honey.
