Matured in Oloroso, twenty-six years wrap its oily, tarry smoke in the cask's character.
Bottled at cask strength, 57%, the Oloroso lends a raisined, figgy depth. The profile runs to a hay-like note, smoke, citrus, a coal-gas edge, cooked fruit, chocolate.
