Uncharted Whisky is a modern Scottish independent with a taste for adventurous cask selection. This bottling is a 23 year old Laphroaig, from cask UC006, laid down in 1998 and drawn off in 2021. in the Smoke on the Water range.

Twenty-three years in ex-Bourbon let the oak work its peaty, maritime character.

Bottled undiluted at 57.1%, the cask lends vanilla and a touch of honey. Brine, tar and a smoky medicinal depth carry it.
