Monnier Trading is an independent bottler. The cask was filled in 1990 and bottled in 2011, a 21 year old Laphroaig, from cask 10867., from the Tempelritter range.

Twenty-one years in a bourbon hogshead shape Laphroaig's seaweed-and-smoke peat.

At its natural 48.4%, the bourbon wood adds vanilla and light spice. A coastal, medicinal smoke carries through to the finish.
