Silver Seal is the Italian label of Massimo Righi, a collectable single-cask house. Filled in 1990 and bottled 2011, the whisky is a 21 year old Laphroaig, from cask 10839., from the Sestante Collection.

Held in Oloroso for twenty-one years, the cask steeps Laphroaig's heavily peated, medicinal spirit in dried fruit.

At 57.7%, undiluted, fig, raisin and walnut rise from the Oloroso. It carries a coal-gas edge.
