Duncan Taylor began as a Glasgow cask broker in 1938 and now bottles from Huntly in Aberdeenshire. This bottling is a 18 year old Laphroaig, from cask 3322, laid down in 1997 and drawn off in 2015. in The Duncan Taylor range.

Held in Oloroso for eighteen years, the cask steeps the brine-soaked peat smoke in dried fruit.

At its natural 52%, fig, raisin and walnut rise from the Oloroso. Seaweed, smoke and iodine in the Laphroaig manner.
