Laphroaig 17 Years Old 2004 Cask #5634019 (Duncan Taylor)

Duncan Taylor has traded and bottled Scotch since 1938, latterly from Aberdeenshire. This 17 year old Laphroaig, from cask 5634019, came off the stills in 2004 and was bottled in 2022. in The Octave Premium range.

Held in Oloroso for seventeen years, the cask steeps its peaty, maritime character in dried fruit.

Bottled undiluted at 54.9%, with fig, walnut and dark raisin from the sherry. Medicinal smoke, kelp and tar in the house style.
