Description
Kingsbury is a long-running independent now based in Japan, bottling Scotch single casks for the Asian market and beyond. This 16 year old Laphroaig, from cask 3624, was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2016., from the Celtic Series range.
From ex-Bourbon, sixteen years draw out Laphroaig's tar-and-iodine smoke.
Bottled at cask strength, 56.8%, soft vanilla comes from the ex-Bourbon. Peat smoke, iodine and tar lead, in classic Laphroaig fashion.
