Riegger's Selection is an independent bottler. This bottling is a 13 year old Laphroaig, from cask 4121, laid down in 2000 and drawn off in 2013.
Matured in Oloroso, thirteen years wrap the tarry medicinal core in the cask's character.
Bottled at cask strength, 55.2%, the Oloroso adds figgy sweetness and walnut. Brine, tar and a smoky medicinal depth carry it.
