Description

Malts of Scotland has built a name on natural-strength single casks. This 12 year old Laphroaig, from cask MoS 16039, came off the stills in 2004 and was bottled in 2016. in The warehouse dram No. 17 range.

Twelve years in Port draw the cask's fruit into its peaty, maritime character.

At 54.9%, undiluted, the Port lends plum and cherry. A big medicinal peat, iodine and ash through the finish.
