Description
La Maison du Whisky has been Paris's leading whisky house since 1956, a retailer and bottler with deep ties to Scotland and Japan. A 10 year old Laphroaig, from cask 132162, this was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2024. in the Artist #14 range.
Time in ex-Bourbon, ten years of it, frames Laphroaig's tar-and-iodine smoke.
At its natural 61.9%, vanilla rises from the bourbon wood. Expect a fragrant note, a nutty note.
