L’Acrobate Gin De France

L'Acrobate is made by Les Bienheureux in France, distilled in small limited batches to a closely guarded recipe. Its signature is spirulina, the blue-green algae that gives the spirit both its emerald cast and a faint marine character you won't find elsewhere. The house works entirely organic, leaning on pure botanicals to carry an honest, unembellished flavour.

The nose is fresh and exotic, all bright tropical fruit with a curl of seaweed beneath. The palate follows suit, fruity and lively with that same saline thread keeping things grounded, before a long, clean finish. Serve it in a G&T with a premium tonic and a slice of lime to lift the fruit and let the briny edge show through.
