La Liqueur de Monin Saveur Violette

La Liqueur de Monin Saveur Violette is a floral liqueur from Monin, the French house at Bourges that makes syrups and liqueurs for the bar trade. It captures the delicate yet intense flavour of violet flowers, relying on natural flower extracts that give it a slightly perfumed profile and a bright purple colour, and is bottled at 16%. The floral violet character and its vivid colour are its two signatures.

The nose is floral and delicate with dominant violet over floral sweetness and a hint of herbs, the palate elegant and soft with a fine sweetness, floral aromas and a slightly herbal undertone, finishing gentle, long and floral with a lingering freshness.
