La Liqueur de Monin Saveur Pasteque is a watermelon liqueur from Monin, the French syrup and liqueur house based in Bourges. It captures the juicy, sweet flavour of ripe watermelon at 20% in the 700ml bottle, built on natural fruit extracts in the traditional macerated style for a clear, vivid fruit character and a bright red colour.

The nose is fresh and sweet with typical watermelon, a light citrus freshness and a hint of melon peel, the palate juicy and fruity with a clear watermelon note, a mild sweetness and a pleasant lightness, the finish fresh and harmonious with a soft, fruity aftertaste. In a drink it adds summery fruit, a gentle sweetness and a red blush, a fit for a Watermelon Martini, a Melon Mule or a sparkling wine spritz. It also works as a fruity component in mocktails, lemonades and soda builds, and flavours light summer desserts in the kitchen.
