La Liqueur de Monin Saveur Noix de Coco is a coconut liqueur from Monin, the French house out of Bourges that supplies syrups and liqueurs to the trade. It offers the flavour of fresh coconut at 20% in the 700ml bottle, built on natural coconut extracts in the traditional macerated style for an authentic, tropical and soft profile. As a flavoured liqueur rather than a cream emulsion, it carries coconut richness without dairy.

The nose is intense coconut, creamy and slightly sweet with gentle tropical nuances, the palate soft and full bodied with ripe coconut, a mild sweetness and subtle vanilla, the finish round and slightly creamy with a long coconut aftertaste.
