La Liqueur de Monin Pêche

La Liqueur de Monin Peche is a peach liqueur from Monin, the French syrup and liqueur house based in Bourges. It joins the sweet, juicy aroma of ripe peaches in a soft fruit liqueur at 16% in the 700ml bottle, the peach built on natural extract in the traditional macerated style for an authentic flavour and a gentle, rounded texture.

The nose is ripe peach with delicate floral notes and a hint of honey, the palate fruity and round with sweet peach, a gentle acidity and a soft mouthfeel, the finish medium and fruity with a delicate stone fruit flavour. In a mix it adds soft stone fruit sweetness and a mellow body that suits summer serves, behind a Bellini, a Peach Mojito or a Peach Spritz. It also works in tea drinks, lemonades and with tonic water, and refines fruit salads, sorbets and creams in the dessert kitchen.
