La Liqueur de Monin Fraise

La Liqueur de Monin Fraise is a strawberry liqueur from Monin, the French syrup and liqueur house based in Bourges and long familiar to the trade. It captures the aroma of sun ripened strawberries at 18% in the 700ml bottle, the fruit built on strawberry extracts in the traditional macerated style that lend an intense red colour and a direct, authentic taste.

The nose is fresh strawberry with a light candy note and a subtle acidity, the palate sweet, fruity and full bodied with a typical strawberry character, the finish round with a pleasant freshness. In a mix it adds bright summer fruit, sweetness and a red colour that reads well in the glass, the reason it carries a Strawberry Daiquiri, a Strawberry Mojito or a French Martini. A measure also brings a fruity accent to sparkling wine or prosecco, and it flavours sorbets, creams and fruit desserts in the kitchen.
