La Favorite Riviere Bel'Air Recolte 2019 is a white agricole from the La Favorite distillery in Martinique, drawn from the 2019 harvest and made from fresh sugarcane juice on a creole column. Bottled unsweetened at 53%, it is a blanc built to show vivid terroir character rather than the polish of oak, the cane left front and centre.
Creole-column distillation keeps the grassy, vegetal congeners in the spirit, and the profile delivers: fresh sugarcane, florals, lime and a peppery snap on the nose, then an earthy, citrus-driven palate with real white-pepper bite, finishing on lime, florals and a spicy, earthy close.
