La Favorite Rhum Agricole Blanc L'Authentique is a white AOC Martinique agricole from the family-run La Favorite distillery, made from fresh-pressed cane juice and bottled at 50%. As an unaged blanc it puts the cane front and centre, the hallmark freshness and snap of the style.

Distilled low in a creole column to keep the grassy, vegetal congeners intact, it leads with sugarcane sap, fresh vegetation and white pepper, then citrus, green olive and lime zest over a saline, mineral finish. It is dry rather than sweet, lively and peppery, with the alcohol well bound at full strength. Certified unsweetened in keeping with the AOC, it shines neat for those who like a bracing blanc and is the natural base for a Ti Punch, offering strong value for the character on show.
