From La Distillerie de Monaco comes a small piece of history: the first and so far only gin distilled in the Principality, made on the Cote d'Azur with a clear devotion to regional ingredients. Eleven botanicals are gathered locally and worked to the strict London Dry method, a nod to the citrus cultivation that once defined this stretch of coast. The result is precise and balanced, Mediterranean sunlight pressed into a clear distillate.

The nose is all bright citrus and fine herbs, lemon and orange leading the way over a steady juniper base. On the palate it stays fresh and quick-footed, the fruit lifted by a gentle spice that never crowds the room, before a long, refreshing finish. Pour it over a neutral tonic with a twist of orange zest and let the citrus do the talking.
